The property seemed fairly clean and the room was cosy. The most important was the staff - affable and hospitable people. The continental breakfast had fresh bread, milk and butter, that's a plus. A low cost hotel, my first choice in Montreal.

The folks working here were warm and we enjoyed its super central location. Walking distance to a shopping area and supermarket across the street. Easy check-out was useful. Great value in a central area.
Downside was the air conditioner, it was a bit noisy.
